Pet Points – Our system of determining the order that your listings are displayed within each directory. Pet Points may be referred to as ‘Pet Points’ or just ‘Points’ through out the site and terms and conditions.

Your Listing - Any text or images you submit to us.

Submitting a Listing

We reserve the right to remove, edit or amend your listing without notice for the following reasons:

- If the listing has been submitted to an irrelevant / inappropriate directory
- The listing is duplicated within the same directory
- Where the content of the listing or links out are to content deemed inappropriate or of an adult nature
- If link out is broken
- Where listings contains defamatory, offensive or insulting content.
- Your listing contains HTML source code of any kind.
- Your listing contains over capitalised text
- When we revise the site layout and page structure.
- Your listing contains copyrighted material or content

- Your listing is advertising a ebay shop

- Your listing does not supply enough usefull information about your service you provide
- Images are of incorrect dimensions, exceed upload limits or are deemed unsuitable by us

- If your listing does not supply enough useful content for our visitors

Rules of listing

- By submitting your address you give us the right to create a map from your address
- We reserve the right to use any information you provide within your listing as keywords, descriptions and Meta tags on pages where your listing appears.

- We reserve the right to remove listings without notice if we see fit.
- We reserve the right to change map supplier or remove map completely from your listing.

Site Layout and listing structure
- We reserve the right to change the layout of your listings and details page without notice
- We reserve the right to change the number of listings displayed on each page of any directory.
- We reserve the right to display any advertising on any page of the site and your listings details pages.
- We reserve the right to display test listings within directories

Pet Points

- We reserve the right to amend pet point price and pricing structure without prior notice
- Each listing is counted as a separate entity. No pet points can be transferred between listings.
- One point will be deducted each day from every listing.
- We reserve the right to offer promotional pet points free of charge.
- Bonus Pet Points gained are not classed as brought points
- Pet Points are only refundable in the event of a continual website failure for a period of more than 28 days. Refund amount due being the current amount of pet points at the time of failure at an exchange rate of the purchase price cost of your pet points. (Only applies if your pet points at the time of failure are over the minimum order level)
